Got this book from Net Galley. I read the first one, Can’t Resist Her, and was excited when this one was announced. I’m going to start off by saying I hope there is more to come from this universe.
This book was friends to lovers romance, which is my favorite. Then you go ahead and make it sapphic. I was so excited about this book and it did not disappoint. Jamie and Peaches had a great story. They were in the same friend group but weren’t close. Then they realize they are attracted to each other at around the same time. Jamie’s approach was epic.
There were some bumps in the road with this relationship but I liked that it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be worked out with an honest conversation. I was cheering for these two to get to the happily ever after the entire time.
This story was spicy and sweet and wonderful. Definitely a five-star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐read in my opinion. Like I said before, I’m hoping for more from this found family.
