I read the first book in the Six Gems series and was excited for this one.
Sparks flew between Egypt and Garrett the moment they laid eyes on each other. Then he is attacked and wakes up with amnesia. Even with all that, the chemistry between the two of them was still crazy. That was the one constant, their attraction to each other. They started to build a life together while he still didn’t have his memory. Of course things were bound to change when his memory came back. It was a mess, but they found their way back to each other.
I really enjoyed this story. There were a few characters I wanted to reach in the book and strangle. I still feel like Garrett should have throat punched two people in particular.
