Okay… it was Jenkins July and I celebrated. If you don’t know, Jenkins July is where we celebrate the wonderful books written by Ms. Beverly Jenkins. She has an amazing catalog to choose from.
I decided to visit one of my favorite families, the LeVeqs. I read Winds of the Storm and Captured. I got both books from the library using the Libby app because I own them both in paperback but didn’t want to mess my copies up while reading.
Both were amazing books. I am now on a mission to see Captured on the big screen. I need it in IMAX 4D. It has everything a great movie needs right there in its pages.
I highly recommend you get acquainted with the LeVeq family if you haven’t already.
