March 2024 Reading Recap

I read so many wonderful books this month!

The Emma Project by Sonali Dev
This was the final book in the Rajes series. I really enjoyed this book. I was sad to end my journey with this family. It was such a really good series.

Unfinished Business by Christina C Jones
This was the second book in a pair. I was glad to get to see this couple a little while later. They had their issues but got to their happily ever after. CCJ is one of my favorite authors and she hasn’t let me down yet.

The Sweet Spot by Tay Mo’Nae
This was a new author for me. This was a cute little story. Friends to Lovers is always my jam. Apparently it is part of a series but I couldn’t figure out what book was next so I’ll have to get back to it later.

The Savoy Series by Brenda Jackson
Tempting Fate
The Perfect Seduction
Simply Wonderful
Listened to an audiobook collection of all three stories. Really enjoyed each and every story. The Savoy men are indeed very dreamy. This series definitely gets my Sexual Chocolate Award.

The Blessing Series by Beverly Jenkins
Bring on the Blessings
A Second Helping
Something Old, Something New
A Wish and a Prayer
Crystal Clear
Heart of Gold
For Your Love
Stepping to a New Day
Chasing Down a Dream
Second Time Sweeter
On The Corner of Hope and Main
A Christmas to Remember
This series immediately sucked me in. The characters were wonderful. It wasn’t romance per say, but there was enough romance to make me happy. I have a vested interest in what happens in Henry Adams, Kansas. I really hope that there are more books in this series in the future. This whole series gets my Hercules Hercules Award.

Manila takes Manhattan by Carla de Guzman
I read this book in order to write a review. I really enjoyed it. Take a look at my review.

The Madaris Family Saga by Brenda Jackson
Tonight and Forever
Whispered Promises
I started this series and I am already hooked. This is why Brenda Jackson is one of my favorite authors. She really knows how to write a family that you are invested in almost instantly. I can’t wait to continue my journey.

Just Between Us by Turtleberry
This is my most recent release. I love Tabitha and Kendrick so much.

That’s 22 books for the month of March. Brings me to a grand total of 57 books so far this year. I’m on track to smash my goal of 111 books this year. I’ll probably raise it when the time comes.
