April 2024 Reading Recap

I got plenty of reading done in the month of April. Other than two books that I had to DNF, I am very pleased with every book that I read.

The Catalina Cove Series by Brenda Jackson
Follow Your Heart
One Christmas Wish
The House on Blueberry Lane
So I finished up this series and am anxiously waiting for the next book. This little small town on the water has really been enjoyable.

The Madaris Family Series by Brenda Jackson
Cupid’s Bow
Eternally Yours
One Special Moment
Fire and Desire
Secret Love
Truly Everlasting
True Love
Surrender
Strictly Business
The Midnight Hour
Unfinished Business
The Madaris family continues to provide me with wonderful reads. I can’t even pick a favorite because I love each and every story. Getting to know the family and their close friends has been great. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in the series.

The Cowboys of California Series by Rebekah Weatherspoon
If the Boot Fits
A Thorn in the Saddle
This was a three book series I started back when the first book was being released. Then I forgot about it. Glad I discovered it again. The third book was my favorite. It wins my Hercules! Hercules! Award.

March Madness by Nicole Falls
This was a cute novella. Equal parts basketball and romance. Truly enjoyed it.

Maybe Next Time by Christina C Jones
I needed a short audiobook to fill some time and I’m glad I picked this one. It was really good. Can’t wait to read the other two books.

The Scott-Williams Family Series by Turtleberry
I’m not going to list the books in my series but I read them all again. I was prepping to write a short about Jay and Imani. I love these characters so much.

I have a long list of books to read for the month of May and I’m excited to dive in. I’m way above my reading goal (currently at 81 of 111) but won’t be upping it until I meet the first goal.

I hope you get to read some books you love this month!
