National Black Author’s Day

There are so many things to say about Black authors that I couldn’t just sum it up in one social media post.

I love reading just as much as I love writing and I primarily read Black authors. They inspire me to continue on my writing journey. They provide me with stories that bring me so much joy.

I wouldn’t be the writer I am today without the Black authors who came before me and the ones who continue to write today.
