June 2026 Reading Recap

And the slow reading months continue…

I am way behind in my reading challenge but I am still pushing forward. Currently reading two books at a time. Actually did three so I could finish a book on audio and write a review post.

Here is what I got into:

Stella & Nine by Kennedy B.
This book was perfection! The plot. The characters. The spice. I adored every thing about this book.

Pre-Ordered Satisfaction by Jsin Graham
Another amazing book. I feel like every Black romance reader should read and will enjoy this book.

Just Keep Driving by Nina High
I enjoyed this book a lot. It was super cute. Loved the premise. It was short but gave me everything I needed.

Chasing A Second Chance by Brenda Jackson
I wrote a review of this book but all I’m gonna say here is that Ms. Brenda never lets me down and the Westmorelands continue to be my faves!

I’m gonna keep reading two or three books at a time. It is really working well with my attention span. I am also going to try and get in a few more audiobooks in July. Stay tuned to see if I can catch up to where I need to be for this reading challenge. I am proud my daily reading is still happening.
