Book 7 in my journey to 50 is a story of two best friends and their very different paths to finding love.
This story started with a combination of a plot bunny I got from talking with one of my BFFs and a plot bunny I got from watching HGTV. That combo helped me to create Joey’s character and her storyline. Ty came from me trying to create someone who was almost the opposite of Joey. I wanted them to have very different storylines.
Joey has a checklist for her perfect partner and doesn’t want to stray from it. Ty has given up on love and chooses to focus on her five children. They both have to let go of what they thought they wanted in order to see that their happiness is right in front of them.
