Book 16 is another story in the Scott-Williams Family Series. This is the story of Steven and Cricket. Cricket is a single mom who is struggling to make ends meet. Steven picks her kids names off a holiday charity tree. Her son writes him a thank you note and gives it to their social worker. The social worker happens to be friends with Steven. Steven takes one look at Cricket and sees his future.
I love writing stories like this one. I knew when I first wrote Steven’s character that he was going to fall head over heels. I made his first wife such a bitch that I felt like I owed him an amazing love story.
