Book 21 came about from my obsession with looking out the window at my old house. The way my bed was situated I could see the street out front while sitting in bed. I swear I turned into one of those old women who sit and watch everything that goes on in the neighborhood.
A plot bunny was born from that. Then Melinda started speaking to me and telling me her story. This is a short story and told in an bit of a different format. It was a lot of fun to write.
