I started writing a new project this month but I was able to read four books.
Started off with The Time of Your Life by Sandra Kitt. Check out my review here. This was a really good read with just one part that threw me off.
Then I got into Only For Tonight by Kimmie Ferrell. I really enjoyed this book. This was my first read by this author but I have at least one more book by her in my library and I can’t wait to read it and more. The chemistry between the characters was so good.
Next, I read two books in a series. The first was Second Chance on Cypress Lane by Reese Ryan. Like the title suggests, it is a second-chance romance. It was really well done. I loved the small-town setting. Then I read the follow-up book, Return to Hummingbird Way. It was an enemies to lovers. Also done really well. Check out my review here. This series and the town really pulled me in. Can’t wait for the next installment.
I have no idea what books I will get into for May. I know that I’m writing but I’m going to do my best to take a break and get a bit of reading in.
